Having spent time as a yacht chef, Paul personally faced the challenges behind provisioning and understands the need for quality produce and excellent customer service. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Paul can assist you if you need specialist advice, and is on hand to help you.

Davide is originally from Italy and oversees the fulfillment and quality control of your orders personally.
Petr specialises in logistics and makes sure that all your orders arrive on time and at the correct temperature. He also helps us source and fulfill your orders.
Maxi also like Petr is involved in deliveries and order fulfillment. He is our main man when it comes to deliveries in Southern Spain and Gibraltar.
Harka manages all fruit and veg orders, he has nearly 15 years experience as a fruit and veg buyer always focused on seasonality and above all flavour!
We call him Olaf because he spends so much time in the freezers. He helps us to source the finest quality frozen products available.
Our in house Oracle, makes all our lives easier by organising us quietly in the background.
Our Restaurant/Hotel account manager, deals with all Horeca clients.
